Platform Usage Guidelines

1 Definitions & Interpretation

In this Terms and Conditions document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings defined below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the cuci8 website accessible via cuci8.win and all associated mobile apps.
• "Member" refers to any individual who has successfully registered and holds an active account at cuci8.
• "Account Balance" refers to the amount of money in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) available in a member's account at any given time.
• "Bonus" refers to any free credits, cashback, or promotional incentives offered by cuci8 to its members.
• "Wagering Requirements" refers to the number of times a bonus must be wagered before withdrawal is permitted.
• "Games" refers to all forms of online wagering entertainment available on the cuci8 platform, including slots, Live Casino, Sports Betting, fish shooting, and number betting.

2 Member Eligibility

To register and use cuci8 services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• At least 18 years old on the registration date.
• A Malaysian citizen or permanent resident domiciled in an area where online betting activity is not specifically prohibited.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Malaysian law.
• Has never been banned or suspended from the cuci8 platform previously.
• Not acting on behalf of any other person or third-party entity when registering or using the platform.

Cuci8 reserves the right to request proof of identity and age at any time. If a member is found not to meet these eligibility requirements, their account will be closed and any balance in the account may be forfeited upon completion of the investigation.

3 Account Registration

Each member is only permitted to hold one account only at cuci8. Owning multiple accounts, whether using different names, phone numbers, email addresses, or banking details, is prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process.
• The full name registered must match the name on your official identity document (MyKad or passport).
• The registered phone number must be active and reachable for verification and security purposes.
• You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date whenever changes occur.
• A KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process is required before your first withdrawal is processed.

Cuci8 uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all information transmitted during registration and login. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions at cuci8 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Our platform supports a variety of trusted and secure local payment methods.

• Minimum deposit: MYR 10 per deposit transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: MYR 50 per withdrawal request.

5 Bonus & Promotions

Cuci8 offers its members a variety of attractive bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions:

• Every bonus carries a minimum wagering requirement that must be met before any withdrawal is permitted. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated on each promotional offer.
• The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per new member. Attempting to claim this bonus multiple times through different accounts is considered fraud.
• Cuci8 reserves the right to cancel any bonus and void any wins generated from it if there is any indication of promotion misuse.
• The validity period of each bonus will be stated on the respective promotion. Unused bonuses that expire within the specified period will be automatically forfeited.
• Some games may not contribute or may contribute at a different rate towards fulfilling bonus wagering requirements. Further details will be stated in the respective promotion terms.
• Cuci8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.

6 Game Rules

All games available on the cuci8 platform are operated using a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently verified and audited to ensure fairness and transparency of game outcomes.

• The outcome of every game is random and free from any external influence. cuci8 does not manipulate or alter game results under any circumstances.
• Members are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before playing. cuci8 is not liable for any losses resulting from a misunderstanding of game rules.
• In the event of a technical failure or system disruption during gameplay, cuci8 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the original bet to the member.
• The use of bots, automated software, or any unfair methods to gain an advantage in games is strictly prohibited.
• Winnings generated through exploitation of software bugs or system vulnerabilities will not be recognised and will be returned to cuci8.

7 Member Conduct

All cuci8 members are expected to interact with the platform and other members in a respectful, honest, and responsible manner. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Using abusive, threatening, or offensive language toward cuci8 staff or other members through any communication channel.
• Sharing or selling your cuci8 account to another party.
• Engaging in any activity that could compromise the security or integrity of the cuci8 platform.
• Spreading false or misleading information about cuci8 to the public.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or facilitating related activities through the cuci8 platform.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Cuci8 reserves the right to suspend or close the account of any member for the following reasons without prior notice:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Verification that a member does not meet the required age or other eligibility criteria.
• Suspicious activity or fraud detected by the cuci8 monitoring system.
• Multiple account ownership by the same individual.
• An official request from the relevant legal authorities.

Members may also close their account at any time by contacting the cuci8 customer support team. Any eligible balance will be processed for withdrawal once all security checks have been completed.

9 Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, cuci8 shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred by a member as a result of wagering activity on the platform.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond cuci8's control, including internet outages, natural disasters, or third-party technical issues.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to a member's account due to the member's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the cuci8 platform.

In all circumstances, the maximum total liability of cuci8 to any member is limited to the net deposit amount made by that member within the 30 days preceding the liability claim.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

Cuci8 takes member privacy very seriously. All personal information collected during registration and use of the platform will be managed in accordance with cuci8's separate Privacy Policy.

• Your personal data is used solely for account management, identity verification, transaction processing, and service improvement purposes.
• Cuci8 will not sell, rent, or share members' personal data with third parties without the member's consent, except where required by law.
• All data is stored on servers protected with encryption and strict access controls.

12 Amendments to Terms & Applicable Law
